Music is a key component of our Sunday worship experience. In addition to our 8:45am praise band and our 11:15am organist, we have four amazing choirs who help draw us closer to God through their gift of song!
Chancel Choir is a warm, fabulous group of singers who present an anthem each Sunday at the 11:15 am service. We sing mostly traditional music, with various styles from classical to hymn arrangements to the music of current choral composers. We enjoy serving our church in this way, and also the fellowship of sharing and learning about God's love through our music. Our members encompass all skill levels and ages, and we embrace the diversity that each singer brings to the group. Rehearsals take place on Thursdays from 6:45 pm-7:45 pm at the church. Led by Cathy Bennett.
Celebration Singers is a choral group of about 30 singers ages high school through adult. We sing a wide range of contemporary selections such as gospel, spirituals, praise anthems and worship songs. We sing twice a month at the 8:45 am service. Rehearsals are on Thursday nights beginning at 6:30pm. Led by Angi Swan (email@example.com)
The Handbell Choir presents music once a month in both the first (8:45 am) and second (11:15 am) worship services as well as for special services as requested. The bell choir is a welcoming, friendly, supportive group who is open to all including those without prior experience. We rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 pm-6:30 pm at the church. The Children's Choir is an energetic group of kids ranging from kindergarten to 5th grade. We do a wide variety of music that's fun and easy to learn! We have a great time singing and serving the Lord with our songs! There is lots of hand clapping and playing on instruments as well. We perform once a month at both services. Rehearsals are on Sundays at 10:30 am, during the last half of the Sunday School hour. Please contact Lisa Robischon for more information at email@example.com
